Are your products 100% authentic?

Absolutely. Every Pokémon card and Hot Wheels collectible we sell is the real deal. No proxies, no fakes—only legit treasures.

What condition are items in?

Most items are Near Mint (NM) or better, unless we clearly say otherwise.

Graded cards? We’ll always mention the grading agency (PSA, BGS, etc.) and the grade.

Can I see the actual product before buying?

Yep. DM us on Instagram or use our Contact form—we’ll share photos of the exact item you’re eyeing.

How do you ship?

We ship Hot Wheels or Pokémon Sealed Products in a Plastic box only, and raw singles in bubble mailer.

  • Dispatched on Mondays only
  • Tracking details shared once shipped

So, sit back, relax, and wait for the mailman to deliver happiness.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Not right now. All orders are prepaid via secure gateways. But hey, never say never.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Report within 48 hours with Unboxing video (packaging + item). We’ll sort it—replacement or refund, depending on stock. Please note: Damage in Transit and Lost in Transit is not covered unless mentioned by you.

Can I return or exchange items?

Since these are collectibles:

  • All sales are final.
  • Opened packs, mystery items, or rare/graded cards cannot be returned.

Tip: If unsure, request a photo before buying.
